Introduction:
If a candidate is applying for more than one position, they must submit a separate application for each position and pay the application fee separately.
The Institute maintains the right, based on credentials, level, and relevance of experience above the minimum specified in the advertisement, to limit the number of candidates for the written Professional Competence Test, Trade Test, Skill Test, and Interview to a reasonable number. Additionally, the Institute retains the right to reject any or all applications without providing a justification.
At the time of document verification, test, or interview, applicants who are employed by the government, PSUs, government autonomous institutions, or Central and State Government undertakings must present a No-Objection Certificate, vigilance clearance, and the most recent five years’ ACR/APAR. Applicants will not be allowed to take the test or interview without a NOC.
In the event that an applicant works for an organization whose salary is not on the CDA pay scales, it will be their responsibility to provide documentation proving the CDA’s equivalency to the IDA pay scales as evidence of their eligibility.
Candidates should make sure they meet all of the requirements for the position before applying. They will only be admitted provisionally to any step of the selection process if it is confirmed that they meet the eligibility requirements. The candidate’s candidacy will not be deemed eligible just because they receive their call letter or admit card.
A candidate’s antecedents or supporting documentation may be checked by the Institute at any point throughout the appointment process or while they are employed. A candidate’s services may be terminated if it is discovered that the documents they supplied are fraudulent or that they have hidden antecedents or backgrounds and have concealed them.
Applications will be reviewed initially based on the information and supporting documentation provided by the applicant. The candidate will be disqualified at any point during the hiring or appointment process if there is a difference between the information provided in the application and that confirmed by the supporting documentation. As a result, the candidate bears responsibility for the accuracy of the data submitted in the application. The candidate shall be disqualified if any information provided in the application is inaccurate, false, or omitted. The committee’s final choice will be the result of the shortlisting procedure. The candidate will not be allowed to send any intermediate correspondence or inquiries regarding the shortlisting process.
PwD candidates must upload their UDID or proof of disability, which must include the Competent Authority’s stated disability percentage. Women candidates are invited to apply since the Institute aims to have a gender-balanced workforce.
