At the time of registration, candidates will have the choice to select any three of their chosen districts within the applied state or UT. A candidate’s choice to register in any district within the chosen state or territory does not grant them the authority to choose the district in the end; instead, the bank will make the decision based on the number of open positions and at its discretion. The bank retains the authority, if necessary, to assign applicants to any district within the chosen state or territory.
The candidate should not have previously completed an apprenticeship in any other organization, be pursuing apprenticeship training by the Apprentices Act 1961 as amended from time to time, or have had their apprenticeship training discontinued for any reason during the apprenticeship training period.
Applicants cannot be hired as apprentices if they have already completed apprenticeship training or have worked for a company for one year or more after completing their degree.
Following training, the apprentice will not be eligible to apply for a job with the bank. During or after the apprentice’s successful completion of the apprenticeship period, the bank is under no duty to provide regular or contract employment, nor is it required of the apprentice to take a position with the bank.
Local Language Proficiency Test:
- Candidates seeking training seats (vacancies) in a given state must be fluent in at least one of the state’s designated local languages in terms of reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- As part of the selection process, a test of proficiency in the chosen local language will be administered. After passing the online exam, it will take place. Applicants will not be hired as apprentices if they do not pass this test. Candidates will not have to take the language test; nevertheless, if they can show that they have studied the chosen local language of that state or territory on their eighth, tenth, or twelfth grade standard mark sheet or certificate. Candidates must show up for the test in the chosen local language at a location of the State or UT of their choice, which will be determined by the Bank.
iii. Applicants must pay for their transportation to a State or UT center (to be determined by the Bank) to take the test in the chosen local language. In order to attend the test, the candidate may incur travel expenditures, which the bank will not cover.
- The training schedule will be adjusted to fit the regular business hours of the Bank and the Customer Service Associate (CSA).
Important points to be noted before registration:
Verify that their signature and photo meet the requirements listed in Annexure-II of this advertisement by scanning them.

The impression of one of the left hand’s fingers, beginning with the forefinger, should be obtained if both thumbs are absent. The impression of one of the right hand’s fingers, beginning with the forefinger, should be obtained if the left hand is fingerless. The left toe’s impression can be obtained if no fingers are available. The candidate should provide the name of the finger and the specifications of the left or right hand or toe in the uploaded document in all such situations where the left thumb impression is not uploaded.
Declaration, handwritten (text provided below). (Illiterate Candidates may have the declaration typed, place their thumb impression from their left hand underneath it (if they are unable to sign as well), and upload the document by the guidelines.)
Application Procedure:
After choosing the “Click here for New Registration” link, complete the application by providing your name, email address, and contact details. A temporary registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The applicant must write down their temporary registration number and password. Furthermore, the password and temporary registration number will be sent via email and SMS.
The candidate can use the “store AND NEXT” tab to store the data they have previously submitted if they are unable to finish the application form in one sitting. Candidates are encouraged to check the information in the online application form and make any necessary changes using the “SAVE AND NEXT” feature before applying. Visually impaired applicants should carefully fill out the application and have the information checked to make sure it is accurate before submitting it.
As no changes will be accepted after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON, candidates are urged to carefully fill out and double-check the information they have entered in the online application.
As it appears on the certificates and mark sheets, the candidate’s name, as well as the names of his or her father, husband, and other family members, should be spelled accurately in the application. Any discovered modification could disqualify the applicant.
