According to the approximate timetable provided below, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will administer the Online Examination (Preliminary and Main) for the forthcoming Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA XV) for the Recruitment and Selection of Personnel for the Customer Service Associate Post in participating banks.
The CRP CSA-XV’s validity will automatically expire one year from the date of provisional allocation or until a new provisional allocation is made, with or without notice, whichever comes first.
The relevant authorities have approved this Common Recruitment Process system, which consists of online preliminary and main exams as well as provisional allocation for hiring Customer Service Associates (Clerical cadre positions) at Participating Banks.
The banks listed at (A) below have given the independent IBPS the authority to carry out the aforementioned hiring procedure once a year. The Online Preliminary Examination will be conducted by IBPS, which will also announce the results and notify the shortlisted applicants of the Online Main Examination.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidates may only apply for positions in a single State or UT because Public Sector Banks hire clerical cadres on a State/UT-by-State basis. As a result, a candidate must show up for the online exam at any of the locations in that specific State or UT. However, candidates may be assigned to an examination center outside of the State or UT for which they are applying, depending on their answer, administrative viability, etc. Please take note that this reallocation is solely to conduct the examination; the candidate will be given consideration for the State/UT openings for which they have applied.
Before registering online, candidates who plan to apply for CRP CSA-XV are recommended to carefully read the whole notification and confirm that they meet the minimum eligibility requirements listed by IBPS in the notification on the designated dates.
Candidates should be aware that the qualifying requirements listed are the fundamental requirements for being appointed to the aforementioned positions in the participating banks.
However, a candidate is not guaranteed employment in any of the Participating Banks just because they applied for, qualified for, and were provisionally assigned to one of the Participating Banks. It is made clear that the Participating Bank itself has the final say over hiring decisions.
Any candidate temporarily assigned to it through the CRP may be rejected by the Participating Bank in question at its sole discretion.
Please be aware that the eligibility requirements listed here are the prerequisites for applying for the position. At the time of joining and at any later stage of the recruitment process as required by IBPS/Participating Banks, candidates must unavoidably present the pertinent original and photocopied documents attesting to their identity and eligibility, including those related to category, nationality, age, and educational background, as stated in the online application form.
Please be aware that once the online application has been registered and the “Edit Window” for candidates to edit or correct the application form has ended, no changes to the category or other eligibility requirements will be allowed.
It is recommended that candidates pay attention to the fields that are not editable during the “Edit Window.” Therefore, it is recommended that candidates carefully complete the online application form. Subject to the Government of India’s instructions, the outcome will be processed based on the category and additional information specified in the final, modified, or corrected online application.
A candidate is not guaranteed a job offer from any of the Participating Banks simply because they applied for CRP, took the online exam (Preliminary and Main), and/or were selected for further steps.
Requests to have a candidate considered in a category other than the one in which they applied will not be considered.
