The deadline to submit an online application is May 19, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. The Institute will not consider any correspondence asking for a waiver in this regard, and any delay, regardless of cause, will be disregarded.
- Candidates should use the specified way to submit online applications. Candidates should only upload documents that are specified in the application.
- The mandatory requirements are the minimum, and unless otherwise stated, they are required for consideration for the position, even if a higher qualification has been attained, and simple possession of them does not entitle an applicant to an interview.
- All educational qualifications must be obtained from a recognized Board/University/Institute.
- Only relevant experience obtained after finishing the minimal qualifying degree will be considered. The Screening-Shortlisting Committee shall determine the relevance of experience, and its decision will be final and binding.
- The experience requirement is waived at the Institute’s discretion for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates if, at any stage of selection, the competent authority believes that a sufficient number of candidates from these communities with the necessary experience are unlikely to be available to fill the vacancy reserved for them.
- The application fee is Rs 500/- (Rupees 500 only) and must be paid using an internet gateway. There is no application fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates. The fee(s) paid are non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be saved for a future application, test, or selection.
- Candidates seeking several positions should submit separate application forms, and all application fees must be paid separately.
- Calling a candidate for a test/interview suggests that he/she, along with others, is thought to be qualified for the post, but it does not guarantee that he/she will be recommended or selected, or that the conditions outlined in the application will be fulfilled.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for a test/interview based on the information they provided in their online application. If any information submitted by them or any claim made in their online applications is proved to be erroneous at a later date or during the Test/Interview, their candidature will be withdrawn.
- The Institute will verify a candidate’s antecedents or paperwork at any moment during the appointment or service period.
- In the event that an inadvertent error in the selection process is detected at any stage, including after the appointment letter has been issued, the Institute reserves the right to change, retract, or cancel any statement sent to candidates.
- The Institute retains the right to choose the manner of screening and testing applicants for shortlisting and selection.
- The Institute wants to have a gender-balanced workforce, so female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Persons with disabilities and ex-servicemen are eligible for age relaxation under Indian government rules.
