Introduction:
In accordance with the Aadhaar Policy, which is available on the Commission’s website, candidates are encouraged to choose Aadhaar-Based Authentication when completing their OTR procedure. Candidates who choose Aadhaar authentication will not have their online application forms denied because their uploaded signature and/or photo do not meet the required standards. At the time of the computer-based exam, these applicants will not need to present current color photos or genuine, legitimate photo identification in order to be admitted to the exam location.
It is not necessary for candidates to have an existing photo of themselves in order to submit the online application form. As the candidate completes the Online Application Form, a real-time photo of them is taken by the Online Application Form module. When the Online Application Form module prompts the candidate to stand or sit in front of the camera, they must carefully follow these directions in order to take the picture.
Make sure your face is completely within the designated region that the camera has marked, and that it is neither too close nor too distant. No portion of the face should be outside the area that the camera has defined. It should completely cover the space.
When a candidate appears for the exam, their look should match the photo on the online application form. The applicant should make sure that the photo is clear, full-frontal, and free of a cap or glasses.
Window for Online Application Form Correction:
The Commission will give candidates two days following the deadline for submitting their online application forms to make any necessary corrections or modifications to the One-Time Registration or Online Application Form data. This will allow candidates to resubmit their applications after making the necessary changes.
During the “Window for Online Application Form Correction,” the candidate will have the opportunity to make the necessary corrections and resubmit his modified or corrected online application form twice. This means that if he made a mistake in his updated online application form, he will be permitted to submit another modified or corrected online application form after making the necessary corrections. Under no circumstances may the online application form be corrected further.
Only candidates who have submitted their completed online application and paid the required fee to the Commission within the allotted time frame will be permitted to make changes to their application. 10.4 The most recent amended online application form will be accepted as the legitimate one, and the one or more earlier forms that these candidates submitted will be canceled. 10.5 The Commission will charge a uniform correction fee of ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) for the first time that you make corrections and resubmit the updated online application form, and ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred) for the second time that you make corrections and resubmit the updated application. All candidates will be subject to the rectification fees, regardless of their gender or category.
Note:
The results of a candidate who previously took the Physical Endurance Test and Measurement Test (PE & MT) and was disqualified in any event, including a race, high jump, or long jump, will be considered final. The initial Physical Endurance Test result will be used if a disqualified candidate retakes the test while hiding their previous participation or disqualification and later passes.
Candidates should be in good health, free from defects, deformities, or diseases, have a vision score of 6/12 without the need for glasses in both eyes, be color-blind, and not have any conditions that would require them to wear glasses or have any kind of surgery to increase their visual acuity. free from any illness, disability, or deformity that could make it difficult to carry out the tasks effectively. No candidate category is eligible for any kind of relaxation on this count.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Notice of the Examination, all candidates who register in response to this Notice of Examination by the closing date and time and whose Online Application Form is deemed to be in order and provisionally accepted by the Commission will be given a Roll Number and an Admission Certificate (AC) to take the Computer Based Examination. The shortlisted applicants will then receive an Admission Certificate for the following exam phase.
