Lanka Electricity Company Job Vacancies 2025 details & Requirements

1. ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (HR Class III Grade I)

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Administration/Law/Business Studies/Public Administration (UGC approved) + 5 years of executive-level HR experience in an organization with 100+ employees.

(or)

Bachelor’s degree/Professional Qualification in HRM + MBA (UGC recognized) + 3 years of executive-level HR experience in an organization with 100+ employees.

Age Limit: Below 35 years as of 22nd March 2025.

2. TECHNICAL OFFICER (EE Class II Grade II B)

Qualifications & Experience:

NDT (Moratuwa), HNDE (SLIATE), Diploma in Engineering Technology (Open University), or equivalent NVQ level 6 qualification in electrical field (TVEC approved).
Registration as an Engineering Diplomat per the Engineering Council Act No. 04 of 2017.

Age Limit: Below 35 years as of 22nd March 2025.
