Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all operational and compliance responsibilities related to gold loans.
- Initiate and execute business development activities for gold loan operations.
- Maintain a quality portfolio of gold loans.
- Consistently focus on controlling Non-Performing Loans (NPL) for gold loans.
Key Attributes and Experience:
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Experience in the gold loan or pawning industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a challenging work environment.
