Nagananda International Institute for Buddhist Studies (NIIBS Job) is inviting applications for some jobs. Eligible candidates can apply.

Requirements :

Assistant Registrar
▪ A Special /Hons Degree with 1st or 2nd Upper or
▪ A Degree a recognized University with a Postgraduate qualification in Administration or Management of a recognized University.

Assistant Bursar
▪ A Special /Hons Degree of a University with Accounting or Finance management as a subject or
▪ Pass in Final 11 Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or its Equivalent Qualification or
▪ A Degree of a University with a pass in the Intermediate level Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or its Equivalent Qualification or
▪ Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA) of Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLAITE).

Works Engineer
▪ A BSc. Engineering Degree with specialization in Civil Engineering from a recognized University and Associate Member or above of Institution of Engineers of Si Lanka (IESL) or Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL).
▪ A Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BET) with specialization in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering from a recognized University and two years’ experience in Civil Engineering works and registered as an affiliate Engineer of ECSL.
▪ National Diploma in Technology (NDT) with specialization in Civil Engineering or equivalent and Seven years’ experience in Civil Engineering works and registered as Incorporated Engineer or above at ECSL.
▪ Internship period should not be considered as experience.

Sub Warden
▪ A degree from a university, preference will be given to those with experience of management of Hostels.

Management Assistant
▪ GCE (O/L) examination in six subjects in one sitting with credit passes of four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics
▪ GCE (A/L) three passes in any subject (except General paper and GIT) or
▪ Employee with five years’ experience in primary level and GCE (O/L) examination in six subjects not more than in two sitting with passes of four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics. Preference will be given those who possess the following:
▪ An acceptable qualification in computer applications of not less than six months (06) duration obtained from recognized Institute.

Bookkeeper
▪ GCE (O/L) examination in six subjects in one sitting with credit passes of four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics
▪ GCE (A/L) three passes in any subject (except General paper and GIT) or
▪ Employee with five years’ experience in primary level and GCE (O/L) examination in six subjects not more than in two sitting with passes of four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics.
▪ Specifications for MA Book Keeping – National Certificate of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka Technical College of or College of Technology Sri Lanka or GCE A/L in Commerce Stream
▪ Shroff – Accountancy should be a subject among the three passes of GCE A/L and a Security Deposit

Electrician
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and National Vocational Qualification Level 4 in the relevant field obtained from an Institute Recognized by TVEC or
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and five years’ experience and a pass at relevant Trade test conduct by Government Institute.

Air conditioning technician
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and National Vocational Qualification Level 4 in the relevant field obtained from an Institute Recognized by TVEC or
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and five years experience and a pass at relevant Trade test conduct by Government Institute.

Mason
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and National Vocational Qualification Level 4 in the relevant field obtained from an Institute Recognized by TVEC or
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and five years experience and a pass at relevant Trade test conduct by Government Institute.

Carpenter
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and National Vocational Qualification Level 4 in the relevant field obtained from an Institute Recognized by TVEC or
▪ Passed GCE OL minimum of two subjects and five years experience and a pass at relevant Trade test conduct by Government Institute.
