Management Assistant Key Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L (6 passes, including credits in Sinhala/Tamil, English, Math).
- G.C.E. A/L (pass in all subjects except Common General Paper).
- 6-month computer qualification + 2 years’ experience in computer applications.
- Age Limit: 18–30 years (by closing date).
- Citizenship: Sri Lankan.
Selection Process
- Written Exam (Sinhala/Tamil, English, IQ, General Knowledge, Computer Literacy) : 40% minimum per subject.
- Interview : 40% minimum.
- Final Merit : 75% exam + 25% interview.
