Introduction:

HIRING 266 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS (SCALE I): SPECIALISTS AND GENERALISTS

Nationality:

Candidates must be either

  1. Indian citizens,
  2. subjects of Nepal,
  3. subjects of Bhutan,
  4. Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, to settle there permanently, or e) people of Indian descent who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African nations Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to settle there permanently. With the caveat that a candidate who falls into one of the following categories (b), (c), (d), or (e) must be the owner of an eligibility certificate issued by the Indian government.

Please be aware that the requirements listed here are the fundamental requirements for applying for the position. Candidates must bring the required original documents and a self-attested photocopy to the interview to demonstrate their identity and eligibility based on their category, nationality, age, educational history, and other information as specified in the online application form.

Please be aware that once the online application registration process is complete, no changes to the application data will be allowed. An applicant does not automatically receive an offer of employment with the company just because they applied for the position and were selected for further consideration in the online exam, the ensuing interview, or other procedures.

Requests to consider a candidate for a post or category other than the one for which they applied will not be considered.

The terms of service will be applicable following the company’s current regulations from time to time. Selected candidates may be posted or transferred to any place in India upon appointment, contingent on the needs of the business. The minimum stay in the original posting area will be five years. At the company’s option, candidates who are chosen to be Specialist Officers might be expected to stay in their field for at least ten years. However, according to company policies, they will still be qualified for promotions.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION:

The call letter, the original, and a photocopy of the candidate’s currently valid photo identification—such as a PAN card, passport, driver’s license, voter’s card, bank passbook with photo, photo identity proof issued by a gazetted officer on official letterhead, photo identity proof issued by a people’s representative on official letterhead, a valid, recent identity card issued by an accredited college or university, an Aadhar card with a photo, an employee ID, or a Bar Council identity card with photograph—must be presented to the invigilator both during the exam and the interview. The details in the call letter, attendance record, and other papers will be used to verify the candidate’s identification. If the candidate’s identity is unclear, they could not be allowed to take the test.

To participate in the examination and interview, candidates must present their photo identification proof in original form and submit a photocopy of it along with the call letter for the examination and the interview. Candidates should be aware that the name on the photo identity proof and the name on the call letter (which was given during the registration procedure) must match exactly.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED (AS APPLICABLE) DURING THE INTERVIEW:

At the time of the interview, the candidate must always present the following original and self-attested photocopies of documentation attesting to their identity and eligibility; otherwise, they will not be allowed to attend. The candidate will not be allowed to continue in the recruiting process if the necessary documents are not submitted at the time of the interview.

A copy of the legitimate interview invitation letter.

A legitimate printout of the online application form used to register for the online test was produced by the system.

diplomas and mark sheets for grades X, XII, graduation, or a comparable degree, etc. The appropriate Board/University paperwork must be filed for the results to be declared by May 1, 2025, at the latest.

For applicants in the SC, ST, and OBC categories, the appropriate authorities must issue a caste certificate and a caste validity certificate in the format specified by the Indian government.

Candidates who fall under the OBC category should have a particular statement on their certificate stating that they are not eligible for the advantages of the quota for other backward classes in civil posts and services under the Indian government because they do not belong to the creamy layer section. As stated in point no. 13(b), the OBC caste certificate with the Non-creamy layer clause should be valid as of the online registration date. The caste names listed on the certificate should match the Central Government list or notification letter, by letter.

FINAL SELECTION:

The candidates’ combined final score will be determined by taking into account their scores from the online Main Exam (Objective test) and the Interview. The online main exam and the interview will have an 80:20 weighting (ratio). Candidates must receive a minimum of qualifying marks during the interview; the company will determine this in due course. Candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifying scores or are otherwise disqualified from the interview or further steps may not have their scores made public. The final merit list will be created by sorting the candidates’ combined scores in descending order. A candidate must have enough merit to be considered for a further recruitment process, the specifics of which will be posted on the company website later.

The following order determines final merit when two or more applicants have the same aggregated score: a) Interview scores (the candidate with the highest score will be ranked higher than the applicant with the lowest score). If the interview scores are the same, then b) date of birth (the senior candidate’s age is positioned above or before the junior candidate’s).

The chosen applicants’ appointment is contingent upon their medical suitability following the company’s standards. The company’s service and behavior policies will also apply to such an appointment.
