Introduction:
A CHANCE TO TAKE APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING IN THE BARSINGSAR PROJECT AT NLC INDIA LIMITED IN BIKANER, RAJASTHAN Under the auspices of the Ministry of Coal, NLC India Limited, a “Navratna” Government of India enterprise, is seeking candidates from Rajasthan who have completed the following ITI, Diploma, or Degree courses in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 for the Barsingsar Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, for ITI-Trade, Diploma, or Graduate Apprenticeship Training.
Minimum Education Qualification:
(i) Only candidates who have successfully completed the specified educational requirement may apply.
(ii) No consideration will be given to any other qualifications that are thought to be comparable or that include a combination of branches different than the one that was informed.
(iii) All of the aforementioned educational credentials ought to have been obtained from Indian universities or institutions that are approved by DGT or NCVT.
or any other suitable statutory authority in India, such as the AICTE or UGC, whichever is relevant.
Other Eligibility Requirements:
4.1 Minimum Age Limit: In accordance with Section 3(a) of the Apprenticeship Act of 1961, an individual must be at least eighteen years old.
4.2 Maximum Age: 35 years of age should not have been reached.
4.3 Those who passed the qualifying exam in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to apply.
4.4 Only candidates who are residents of the State of Rajasthan are eligible.
4.5 The candidate must not have completed or be currently completing apprenticeship training at NLC India Limited or any other location.
4.6 A candidate should not have worked at any employment for more than a year.
Reservations will be made in accordance with the Apprentices Act and GoI directions for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PWD, and ESM. Candidates seeking a reservation under the SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD categories must submit the required certificate in the format specified by the government; otherwise, their claim will only be evaluated under the “General” category. Candidates from BC/MBC who claim to be in the OBC (non-creamy layer) category must submit their OBC (NCL) certificates using the format that has been approved by the certificate issuing body.
5.2 For Trade Apprentices: Of the total number of training slots, half would be given to candidates who graduated from Rajiv Gandhi ITI in Barsingsar, Rajasthan (334402), with the remaining half remaining available.
5.3 For Diploma or Graduate Apprentices: -Of the total number of training slots, 40% will be allocated to the Barsingsar Project’s Project Affected Persons (PAP) Wards, 10% will be allocated to the NLCIL Employee Wards, and the remaining 50% will be left available.
5.4 In order to use the maximum number of apprenticeship training slots and to engage the full proposed strength, after due reservation, vacancies that result from a lack of candidates from the Wards of Project Affected Persons (WoP), Wards of Employees (WoE), RGITI candidates, or in any other category, for a particular discipline or trade, will be replaced with other quota of candidates.
Method of Selection:
Candidates will be chosen based on their percentage or total score on the relevant qualifying test (ITI, Diploma, B. E., B. Tech, B. Com, or B.B.A.), or its equivalent in the relevant trade or discipline, if applicable.
6.1 For Trade Apprentices, candidates will be chosen based on their percentage of marks in each topic in the relevant trade’s ITI exams (NCVT).
6.2 The proportion of marks earned in a relevant diploma shall be used to choose Diploma/Technician Apprentices.
6.3 The proportion of marks earned in BE/B.Tech in the relevant discipline will be used to select Graduate (Engineering) Apprentices.
6.4 The percentage of marks earned in a qualifying degree will be used to choose graduate (non-engineering) apprentices. percentage of the candidates’ grades across all semesters for the corresponding degree, such as a B. Com or B.B.A.
6.5 The proportion of points earned by the applicant in the final qualifying exams for a diploma or bachelor’s degree Or If the candidate receives grades or CGPA in lieu of marks, the percentage of marks will be determined by the process used by the university or institution where the individual earned their bachelor’s degree or diploma.
6.6 The following guidelines shall be used if the university or institution does not have a set system in place for calculating the percentage of marks.
6.6.1 If the candidate receives a grade or CGPA, the corresponding percentage of marks will be calculated by multiplying the grade or CGPA by ten.
