STEPS TO SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION:
- Submitting an online application involves three steps: registration, filling out the application, and paying the processing cost.
- Candidates are urged to read the entire advertisement carefully before filling out the online application. The applicant needs to ensure that their mobile number and email address are current. Both the email address and the mobile number must be kept up to date until the final results are published. When filling out the online application, the candidate must also make sure that all necessary documents and certificates are available.

- A candidate must choose their profile, full name, working email address, mobile number, and password (which should be their date of birth) on the registration page.
- An applicant must first provide their personal information, including their first and surname names, parents’ names, date of birth, gender, category, marital status, profile, email address, and mobile number. After that, the candidate needs to fill out the Education Details form.
- The candidate must then provide their address information, including their street name, house number, village, city, post office, state, district, and pin code.

Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: The candidate needs to live in India.
Age: To apply to be a customer service agent (CSA), a candidate must be at least eighteen years old as of July 1, 2025, and no older than twenty-seven.
Character: The applicant must produce a character certificate attesting to the fact that they have no criminal history, either past or present.
Education Requirement: The candidate must have completed intermediate school (10+2) or its equivalent from an accredited university or board.
Physical Fitness: A candidate will not be chosen unless they are in good mental and physical health and do not have any physical conditions that could make it difficult for them to carry out their official responsibilities effectively. An individual with a benchmark disability (PwBD) will therefore not be qualified to work as a customer service associate.
Centre Of Examination:
On the online application form, applicants must specify the location or cities where they would like to take the test.
Under no circumstances will a request to change the examination city or center be taken into consideration later. As a result, candidates should carefully choose the city and accurately declare it on their applications.
The candidate would be accommodated in the city of their choice by NIA Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. NIA Aviation Services, however, maintains the authority to cancel any city or center. In the event of an administrative emergency, NIA Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. also retains the right to transfer candidates from one center or city to another.
Selection Procedure Of Training:
The advertised examination date is completely theoretical. Only the official website of NIA Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. will notify applicants of any changes to the exam schedule. Personal correspondence is not allowed regarding this matter.
NIA Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. has the right to alter the examination schedule and selection procedure.
The answer sheet and score cannot be carefully examined, reassessed, or rechecked. Regarding this, no reply will be accepted.
A candidate must pass the written exam with the bare minimum of qualifying scores. Only those who meet the minimal requirements in both the written exam and the interview will be considered for selection.
Written test interviews will be used for selection, and a panel (waiting list) and select list will be created in accordance with the results.
Training is available to those who pass the written test and interview. Additionally, candidates are responsible for paying the training fees. In order to pass the training, this is also required.
