From the first day of kapas arrivals until the end of the season, THE COTTON CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD, a public sector organization under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, provides cotton growers with the necessary marketing assistance through prompt intervention. This allows them to sell their kapas produce at the most competitive prices in the various market yards in all cotton-growing States.
Procurement operations are spread across 19 Branches and more than 450 market yards nationwide, with its headquarters located in the central business district of Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Based on the information provided in the online application, the CCI would admit all candidates who applied for the position and paid the required fee or notification charges (if applicable) for the examinations. Their eligibility would only be assessed at the last step, which is document verification.
At that point, if it is discovered that any of the information submitted in the online application is inaccurate or false, or if the Corporation determines that the candidate does not meet the requirements for the position, the candidate’s candidature will be canceled, and he or she will not be permitted to appear for document verification. If the candidate has already joined the Corporation, they may be dismissed from service without warning.
ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS:
Minimum age requirement: Candidates must be at least eighteen years old on the date of the advertisement to be considered for any position.
COMFORT AT THE MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT:
As long as they are currently employed in a lower scale or post than the one they are applying for and have at least one year of experience in that lower scale or post, departmental candidates (CCI regular employees) applying through direct recruitment will only be eligible for age relaxation up to the number of years they have worked for CCI.
Only current temporary employees who have worked for CCI for a certain number of years are eligible for the age relaxation, as long as they meet all other requirements for direct hiring.
Mode of payment:
- Candidates can only pay online; after their payment information has been verified, they will receive a confirmation email. There is no alternative option to pay the application cost.
- Candidates will be redirected to the SBI Payment Gateway to make an online payment after submitting their applications. We shall only route candidates who fall within the Gen/OBC/OBC Non-Creamy Layer. Credit cards, debit cards, and online banking are the sole ways to make payments.
- Only debit cards (RuPay, Visa, Master Card, Maestro), credit cards, or internet banking can be used to make the payment by entering the information requested on the screen.
- Candidates who submit a fee that is less than the required amount will have their applications denied. Under no circumstances can the application fee be reimbursed once it has been paid. After an application is filed, it cannot be withdrawn, and after the application money has been paid, it cannot be reimbursed in any way or saved for use in a subsequent hiring or selection procedure.
- Candidates must print up their online registration slip and SBI e-receipt for their records.
- Correctly completing the online application will be the candidates’ responsibility. The Corporation will not consider claims for application fee refunds in cases where applications are invalid due to applicant errors.
General Conditions:
All of the aforementioned educational credentials must come from institutions, boards, or universities approved by the Indian government.
For each role, a candidate may only apply once. Several applications will be flatly rejected.
The application with the most recent registration number will be taken into consideration if there are several.
The age, education, and work history listed above should correspond to the date of the advertisement. The date of obtaining an educational qualification will be the month of results announcement listed on the final year or semester mark sheet.
No TA or DA will be provided, and candidates must come in person for the written exam and document verification.
At the time of document verification, candidates who are currently employed by the government, semi-government, or PSU will need to present a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer. His or her candidacy will not be taken into consideration without a NOC.
No correspondence will be accepted in this regard, and the Corporation’s decision will be final and binding on the candidates in all aspects of eligibility and assessment.
The work experience certificate, which the candidate must present when their documents are verified, should be on business letterhead. The company’s information should appear on the letterhead.
