Introduction:
Applications are only accepted online for the Combined Technical Services Examination (Interview Posts) vacancies.
To verify their test eligibility, applicants should:
All applicants are asked to carefully read this notification and the “Instructions to Applicants” that are posted on the Commission’s website.
Before applying, candidates must confirm that they meet all eligibility conditions to be allowed to take the exam. As long as they meet the eligibility requirements, their admittance to all exam phases will be strictly provisional.
Candidates shall not be granted any appointment rights just by being admitted to the written exam, having their certificates verified, being interviewed, receiving counseling, or having their names added to the selection list.
Even after selection, the Commission retains the power to reject a candidate at any time if it turns out that the claim was false or that there was a rule or instruction infringement.
How to Apply:
One Time Registration and Online Application:
Candidates must apply online through the Commission’s website.
Before completing the online application for the test, the candidate must first register on the Commission’s website via the One Time Registration (OTR) platform.
If the candidate has already enrolled, they can immediately complete the online application for the test.
Application Correction Window:
The Application Correction Window will be open for three days, from June 15, 2025, to June 17, 2025, following the deadline for online application submission. Candidates will have the opportunity to change the information in their online application during this time. No changes can be made to the online application after the Application Correction Window time ends.
Subject Paper Options:
In the online application, candidates should indicate which subject paper or papers they are interested in. To take the test, candidates should only select the topic or subjects in which they have earned their educational degree or an equivalent.
The candidate will not be considered for any claims made after submitting an online application.
Medical and Physical Standards:
Candidates selected for appointment to the positions will be required to produce a certificate of physical fitness to the Appointing Authority upon beginning the position.
Reservation of Appointments:
The appointment reservation rule applies to this recruitment. Appointment reservations for impoverished widows and former service members will not apply to this recruitment. The specifics of the reservation for candidates from various categories are included in Annexure II of this notification.
Posts with a total cadre strength of one are exempt from the reservation of appointment rule.
Communication with the Commission:
All communications to the Commission should include the following information. Communications that do not include the following details will not be addressed.

Requests for exemption from the age limit or other conditions will not be considered. Requests for explanations for written exam failure, non-selection based on written exam results, or reassessment of answer sheets will not be taken into consideration.
The Commission will not tolerate requests from candidates to provide their marks before the end of the full selection process.
Examination Fee:
Unless a fee exemption is requested, the examination cost of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) must be paid at the time the online application for this position is submitted.
It is necessary to pay an additional Rs. 200 for each subject paper that the candidate chooses to take in the online application. Additionally, the candidate will not receive a return of the cost if they withdraw one or more subject papers.
Depending on their eligibility, candidates in particular categories may be excluded from paying examination fees. See Annexure II of this Notice for more information.
The application will be rejected after due process if the required amount is not paid on time along with the online application.

Those in the armed forces who are expected to finish the designated duration of their service within a year of the Commission’s deadline for receiving online applications for this recruitment must upload an undertaking and a certificate from their commanding officer in the format shown below at the time of online application submission.
Supporting Documents:
To prove that they are Persons Studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM), candidates must upload supporting documentation, such as SSLC, HSC, Transfer Certificate, Provisional Certificate, Convocation Certificate, Degree Certificate, PG Degree Certificate, Mark Sheets, and certificates from the Board, University, or institution, as applicable, attesting to the fact that they completed the entire course or courses in Tamil.
All relevant educational institutions where the candidates completed their studies up to the required educational level should provide them with certificates of education in Tamil. As proof that they have studied in Tamil, candidates must upload all of their academic records, from their first grade education to the required level of education.
If no such document as proof for “Person Studied in Tamil Medium” is available, a certificate in the format shown below from the principal, headmaster, district educational officer, chief educational officer, director, directorate of government examinations, competent authority, principal, or registrar of an industrial training institute, college, or university, as the case may be, must be uploaded for each educational qualification, from first standard up to the prescribed educational qualification.
The claim would be rejected after the appropriate process if such documents are not uploaded as proof of “Persons Studied in Tamil Medium” for all educational qualifications up to the prescribed educational qualification.
