IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS:

As demonstrated in the video instructions for uploading and trimming your passport-size photo and signature, scan your most recent color passport-sized photo and scanned signature into a single file with 200 DPI resolution in JPEG image file format (no more than 150 KB). (Alternatively) Scan your most recent passport-size photo in JPEG format, measuring 238 x 306 pixels (up to 50 KB), and your signature in JPEG format, measuring 350 x 150 pixels (up to 30 KB), and upload them individually.
Online registration and application submission will commence at 12:00 PM on May 22, 2025, and finish at 3:00 PM on June 21, 2025.
Until the end of the hiring process, just provide an active cellphone number for registration purposes. The applicant is responsible for updating it by informing the department in the event of a change.
On all working days between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., please call the helpline 0413-2299567 if you have any questions about the application process.
If you do not have a personal phone, you can provide a number that you can use to acquire information from the department.
The login name and password will be delivered to the mobile number you entered upon successful registration, and you may save them for later use.
The applicant’s name should be spelled exactly as it appears on the mark sheets and birth certificate. Any discovered modifications could reject your application.
When filling out the application, take your time. Before applying, please check the entered details using the PREVIEW function.
A copy of the online-generated application and self-attested photocopies of the sports certificates in the appropriate forms issued by the appropriate authorities must be sent by the candidate applying against the MSP quota to the Special Secretary (Revenue), Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Collectorate Complex, Vazhudavur Road, Pettaiyanchattiram, Puducherry – 605009, by 03.00 pm on June 30, 2025. The cover should read, “APPLICATION FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER UNDER MSP CATEGORY.” Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Any necessary modifications can be made after the application has been filed, but they must be made before the deadline.
For future use, save a copy of the application that was developed online.
Avoid registering and applying more than once, as this could result in your candidature being canceled.
Once your application has been submitted, please log out or sign out.
Applications created online can be viewed in any common PDF reader.

An application may be rejected if it contains incorrect information, a photo, or a signature.
